While customs refusals are rare, Cure Zone Ltd makes no claims to be aware of specific requirements of the many national and local customs departments worldwide and we cannot be held accountable should a customs department refuse to allow your order into your chosen destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding any and all import policies, duties, and postal regulations of the country to which they are requesting delivery. In the rare case that your package is refused by a customs department, Cure Zone Ltd will refund your credit card (minus shipping charges) for undamaged products after they have been returned to us.

Returns for non-warranty products.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days. If you would like to request a refund, exchange or repair, please email or call (Toll Free (866) 947-5869) to request authorization for a return. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a refund, exchange or repair. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request.
For our infra-red devices please refer to the 2 year warranty plan.
After you receive the Return Authorization form, send your package back to us within 30-days of receipt. Please include your Return Authorization form in the package containing the item(s) you are returning.
We cannot accept returns on non warranty products after 30 days.
Return Instructions:
1. Email or call us at Toll Free (866) 947-5869 during business hours (8-5 pm GMT Mountain Time US Canada) to request a Return Authorization. Please explain to us any reason(s) for your return. We will determine the appropriate course of action.

If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us (as determined when you contact us to request authorization for a return), please include a note to this effect.
