Our whole lamb is beautifully cut, portioned and vacuum packed in a sealed box. Choose your ideal fat ratio, LEAN, STANDARD or FAT and have your box hand delivered to your door.
Our whole lamb box contains:
- loin chops
- rib chops
- shoulder chops
- chump (rump) chops
- leg of lamb / leg chops
- shanks
- neck (cut)
- rib (whole)
We select only the best stock for our lamb boxes, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency. Our lamb is free range, raised in a beautiful, forested area of Central Alberta on natural hay and our vegetables- without the use of growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
Our lamb is vacuum packed and immediately frozen. As with all our products we truly believe in this method of preserving the taste, flavour and freshness of our meats.
